Legal grounds
Your data is processed under KVKK Article 5(2): (c) it is necessary for entering into or performing a contract; (ç) it is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation; (f) it is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed. Analytics cookies are used only on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 5(1)).
Method of collection
Electronically, through the quotation form, cookies and server logs on this website, and by e-mail, telephone and WhatsApp when you contact us.
Transfers
Your data may be shared with our group company Cebeci Pakistan Group (Karachi, Pakistan) to handle orders in Pakistan; with hosting, e-mail, form and (with consent) analytics service providers; with logistics and customs partners when you place an order; and with authorised public bodies when the law requires. Transfers abroad are made in line with KVKK Article 9.
Your rights (KVKK Article 11)
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed; to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction of incomplete or incorrect data; to request deletion or destruction under Article 7; to request that correction or deletion be notified to third parties; to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

We reply within 30 days at no charge, unless the request requires additional cost.
